Scope and purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how Zavryn Reach collects, uses, retains and discloses personal information when a visitor uses this website, submits a project inquiry, requests information about content or advertising services, or otherwise communicates with the company.

This policy applies to information collected through this website and through direct business communications connected with an inquiry or service relationship. It does not govern a client’s independent websites, advertising platforms, social networks or other services operated by third parties. Those services maintain their own terms and privacy practices.

By providing information through the website, a visitor acknowledges the practices described here. Where consent is required by applicable law, information will be processed only after the required consent has been obtained. This policy is intended to provide a clear description of current practices and may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.

02

Information collected

Information a visitor provides may include a name, business email address, company name, requested service, preferred project timing, project context and any other information included in a message. If a business relationship begins, additional operational information may be collected as reasonably necessary to define scope, prepare work, administer billing, deliver files and maintain project records.

Limited technical information may be collected automatically by the Shopify storefront, hosting infrastructure or enabled analytics and security services. Depending on the site configuration, this may include browser type, device type, approximate location derived from an internet protocol address, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers and security logs.

Visitors should not submit sensitive personal information, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information or confidential information belonging to another person through a general inquiry form. Project materials should be shared only through an approved project workflow after scope and handling expectations have been established.

03

How information is used

Personal information may be used to review and respond to inquiries; determine whether a requested service is suitable; prepare estimates, proposals or project documentation; communicate about scope and delivery; provide content creation and digital advertising services; maintain business and accounting records; protect the website and company systems; prevent misuse; and comply with lawful obligations.

Inquiry information is not used to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Information may be organized with ordinary business software so that messages can be answered and project records can be maintained. The company does not represent that submitting a form creates a client relationship or guarantees acceptance of a project.

Where promotional communication is sent, it will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements. A person may ask not to receive non-transactional promotional messages. Operational communications about an active inquiry, agreement, invoice, security matter or requested service may still be sent when necessary.

04

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be made available to service providers that support website hosting, form processing, cloud storage, security, accounting, project administration, communications or advertising operations. These providers may process information only for the functions assigned to them and under their own contractual and legal responsibilities.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, enforce an agreement, or complete a business reorganization in which appropriate confidentiality protections apply.

Zavryn Reach does not sell personal information for money. The company does not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the inquiry form. A client’s campaign may use audience or platform data only within the agreed service scope and subject to the client’s responsibilities, platform settings and applicable law.

05

Cookies and platform technology

The website may use cookies or comparable storage necessary for basic storefront operation, security, theme preferences and session continuity. For example, the Day / Night selection may be retained locally in a visitor’s browser so that the visual preference remains consistent.

Shopify or other enabled providers may place additional cookies for performance, analytics or fraud prevention. Availability and behavior depend on the active Shopify configuration. More detail is provided in the separate Cookie Policy. Visitors can use browser controls to remove or block cookies, although essential features may function differently.

06

Privacy choices and requests

Depending on a person’s location and the applicability of relevant law, a person may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy of information previously provided, or information about certain disclosures and processing activities. A person may also have the right to opt out of specified processing such as a sale of personal data, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling where those activities occur.

A request may be submitted using the contact details at the end of this policy. The request should state the person’s name, the nature of the request and enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Reasonable verification may be required before a request is fulfilled. If a request is denied, the response will explain the decision and, where required, provide an appeal process.

Some information may be retained when necessary to complete a transaction, maintain records, establish or defend legal claims, protect security, comply with law or honor an existing agreement. Privacy rights are not absolute and vary by jurisdiction. The company will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

07

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess a potential engagement, maintain ordinary business history and protect against misuse. Client records may be retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support accounting, tax, contractual, security and dispute-resolution obligations.

Retention depends on the nature of the information, why it was collected, the sensitivity of the material, legal requirements and operational need. When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived subject to technical limitations of backup systems.

08

Security and international processing

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. When legally required, reasonable measures are used to support lawful transfers. Visitors are responsible for choosing an appropriate and secure method when sending confidential project materials.

09

Children and external services

The website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly request personal information from children through this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may request its review or deletion.

The website may identify third-party platforms or tools in ordinary text. Any third-party website reached independently is controlled by that third party. Its privacy policy, security practices and service terms apply to activity on that service.

10

Policy changes

This policy may be revised to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice when required.
